The Quileute wolves have split into two packs. Sam leads the radicals in a mission to destroy all vampires. Leah and Seth Clearwater fight on the side of the vegeterian covens with their rebel pack. The local witch clans are fighting for control of their world and the nixies are as dangerous as ever. The werewolves, real werewolves, are creating trouble for everyone and the Volturi is on a mission to rule the supernatural world. Luckily they only have each other to fear.
Wrong. The government has created a special division in the Department of Defense: the Echo Division. With science on their side, Echo has developed weapons that can slow down vampires, stop shifters from shifting, neutralize the siren call of the nixies and paralyze a werewolf. It's only a matter of time before they find out about the existence of witches. It's only a matter of time before they find their weakness too.
