Carmela has the ability to control others, manipulate them really. She can make others do what she wants, if she wanted them to bend to her will she could make them. But in order for this to work 100% they would have to be touching meaning skin to skin, and the person she was trying to compel, control, would have to not be strong willed. She mostly uses it on humans or young vamps but can be used on others as long as their will isn't strong and their guard isn't down.

Carmela was always told she was beautiful, ever since she was a child but she hasn't always believed it. She has a beautifully sculpted face, high cheek bones, full kissable lips, when she was human she had the brightest hazel eyes which would switch to green depending on the light. Now they're a crimson color, bright and vibrant. Her hair remained the dark chocolate color that she got from her mother and has always been straight only curling on the ends.

Carmela's eyes darken when she doesn't feed for a long time, which has never gotten too long before. She stands at 5'7", and weighs 135. She has a slim curvy body which is toned from excursing ever day when she was a human now her body is frozen in time at sixteen years old, no changing but always staying the same. She likes to wear fashionable clothes and with the money from her dead parents she can afford it, though she hardly touches the money or anything from her past life for obvious reasons.

When you first meet Carmela she would properly be described as rude, mean, cold much like Rosalie. She isn't very nice to you when you first meet her, she's rude, bitchy, snobbish, most people don't see anything other than how she treats them at first. They may see a soft side of her but that's rare because Carmela doesn't let her walls down much around others. If you would get close enough to her to slip past her walls you would see she's not all hard. Carmela is really a sweet kind girl, she is caring and like everyone just wants to fit in.

Carmela's biggest fear is not fitting in, not having a place in the world. Even when she was human she had this fear, she was the daughter of one of the biggest millionaires in Italy so she didn't exactly fit in at school. And now that she was reborn she doesn't fit in, she is a vampire, blood drinker, and she has a gift which can make people bend to her will. So even amongst the vampires she doesn't exactly fit in.

She also doesn't share the point of views of most vampires, she hates harming humans, anyone for that matter. But human blood is all she's had, Carmela doesn't know another way to live and so she drinks human blood always feeling guilty and angry at what she became. Carmela has some...issues as well, she has a tendency to have a bad temper like say the wrong thing or look at her the wrong way and she'll rip your head off type of temper.

She is always angry at herself and at the vamp who changed her, so she usually takes her anger out on other people so don't take it personally, she's just mad because she won't experience getting married, babies that sort of thing stuff she was looking forward to when she was human.

HISTORY
Carmela was born June 13th 1986 in Cicely, Italy; she wasn't the only child to Antonio and Isabella, three minutes before she was born, her twin was born. Rosabella and Carmela were identical twins, same eyes, same hair, same face it was all the same. They were known as the miracle babies because their parents were told by a doctor that their mother would never have kids but somehow she did, and not one but two. Their parents provided them many advantages such as the best schools in all of the world, and the opportunity to explore whatever career they wanted. Carmela wanted to be an artist so her father supported that, and Rosabella always wanted to be a model like their mother.

Their father was one of the richest men in Italy, he ran a million dollar company which brought in most of the money but their mother also brought in money of her own. Since she was a young girl Isabella had been modeling and that didn't change after she had the girls. So it's easy to say the girls didn't go without, they usually got whatever they wanted because their parents spoiled them. Rosabella got more attention and more spoiled then Carmela but they were both spoiled, her sister was just sick a lot when they were children so she got more attention.

The girls had an good child hood though, Rosabella was always sick so that took attention off of Carmela when they got older. Meaning Carmela could do what she wanted and hardly got in trouble or lectured for it. Like when the girls were eleven, that was the first time Carmela snuck out. She wanted to go to this new art museum but her parents said that she had to wait. Well Carmela was a little impatient her sister was always sick which made it hard for them all to go out, so one day she told her parents she was going to a friend's house. When really she went to the museum and it was even better then she could imagine, her parents never found out. After that Carmela snuck out for lots of reasons, to go to another museum or to see friends, to go to stores, concerts she wasn't allowed to go to.

Sometimes she was caught, but most times she wasn't thanks to her sister. Carmela was the bolder sister, the more outgoing, partier of the two. She also learned to manipulate people around her quickly, she was good at getting her way, where she was successful her sister was not. Even though she was sick and usually got what she wanted, when she really wanted something like go out with Carmela, to a concert, party, their parents didn't allow her because how sick she was all the time.

At age sixteen Carmela was a skilled manipulator, she could get anyone to do what she wanted most of the time. One night she did get her parents to go out, have a good time and she'd look after Rosabella, so they did. But since her sister couldn't go out and party Carmela brought the party to her, some would say it was very sweet and kind which was her whole intention. She really did love her sister with all her heart, they were twins after all. Carmela invited their friends from school, friends of hers who she thought would like Rosabella. They partied, drank a little yes, it got out of control fast, and that's when Carmella got really serious with a boy.

When their parents came home Rosabella was passed out in her room and Carmella was in the living room with her guest, needless to say her parents weren't happy they were disappointed. The punishment wasn't as bad as she thought but it was bad, she wasn't allowed to leave the house except for school, she would have someone pick her up and watch her 24/7 to make sure she didn't sneak out and she wasn't allowed, phone, computer or anything. Rosabella got off easy, she got no phone though not that she used it much.

After that Carmela seemed to rebel even more against her parents, she was always doing stuff to upset them when really she wanted them to care as much about her as they did about her sister. She also didn't feel as if she belonged, she was always making *friends* but they weren't real friends, they were people who liked her because of money or because of who her parents were, she was rich, her father was a powerful man and who wouldn't want to be friends with someone like that?

When Carmela and Rosabella turned seventeen they had the biggest and best party ever, they both enjoyed themselves greatly and for once it looked as if Rosabella was getting better. And as a surprise their parents planned a trip to Volterra, Italy just the four of them. It was great, Carmela never saw Rosabella so happy she glowed the whole time. The family checked into the best hotel there was, and when their parents were relaxing at the hotel Rosabella and Carmela left the hotel to explore on their own. They visited so many stuff, they preferred it this way out on their own. But what the girls didn't know was they were being followed, watched as if they were prey.

They explored the whole city and even studied the big castle that served as a home to the people who ran Volterra. The girls both agreed it was the prettiest castle ever and while they were talking amongst themselves a very beautiful woman and a man, who was huge let me tell you. He was bulky, very muscular, they both greeted the twins charmingly. The woman was the one who spoke, she extended a invitation to the girls to come on a tour of the castle, of course they said yes then Rosabella said they had to check with their parents. So the woman told them their parents were welcome too and there would be a group going later in the afternoon.

The girls rushed to the hotel to tell their parents about it, it took some convincing from Carmela but their dad finally agreed. So the family met up with the small group and followed the beautiful woman to the castle, they learned her name was Heidi and the males was Felix. The girls were ecstatic about the tour and enjoyed themselves for a while their parents even did. Then when Heidi led them to this big room, in the medieval times it would of been the throne room. There were so many people that it unnerved Carmela, they all looked the same and Carmela had a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach. She got this bad feeling before anything happened. But it happened, to quickly it was all a blur the people in the throne room attacked the tourist, her family included. Carmela sort of stood there confused and scared but then she acted, started to run, someone grabbed her, painfully. She remembered she heard something crack but one of the other tourist distracted the man who held her giving her time to get away. The vampires were so distracted with the humans they fed on to notice her at first and when it was too late she was out of the castle, but not the city.

Carmela went to the hotel, she was hysterical crying and screaming, she stayed in the hotel for several days she had broken her arm, but she didn't care she laid in the corner afraid to move, scared . Some would say she was in shock which properly would be right. When she woke up on the fourth day there were two men above her, the really bulky one what was his name...Felix and another one, smaller then Felix, blondish hair. Carmela woke up screaming, but it did her no good they were on her before she could blink, and like her parents they killed her, well sort of.

The last human memory she had was this terrible pain spreading throughout her body, it was worse than any pain that she could imagine. When she awoke she was different in all ways at first it was a blur, she woke up in a well...a morgue, creepy right? She was really freaking out, but also there was this....hunger she couldn't get rid of. From that time on Carmela has hunted, staying in Italy until recently where she went to America to escape the Volturri her killing had made them aware of her, so she left. And has been traveling since, not stopping for too long afraid they'd find her, kill her like her family.
